Welcome to our website. By booking a service or submitting a request, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling any mobile detailing service.

1. Service Eligibility

We provide mobile detailing services at the customer’s location. It is your responsibility to ensure that the service location is safe, accessible, and allows sufficient space for our team to work.

2. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to deny or cancel any job at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Unsafe or hazardous environments

  • Extreme vehicle conditions beyond our service scope

  • Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior

  • Weather or location conditions that put our team or equipment at risk

  • Any situation that may compromise the safety, well-being, or professionalism of our staff

If service is denied on arrival due to conditions not communicated beforehand, a cancellation fee may apply (optional — remove this line if you don’t want a fee).

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when booking

  • Ensure the service location is legal, safe, and accessible

  • Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service

  • Inform us of any known vehicle issues (leaks, electrical problems, damage, etc.)

We are not responsible for lost items left in the vehicle.

4. Payments & Cancellations

Payment is due at the completion of service unless otherwise arranged.
We ask that cancellations be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid any fees (optional — can be removed).

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to deliver high-quality service. If you are unhappy with the results, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the concern. After this period, corrections may incur additional charges.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our service

  • Damage caused by unstable or unsafe working environments provided by the customer

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
